1. How do I send images for my order?

When purchasing your item you can either download your image with your order OR for multiple images please email images to    sales@gifts-personalised4u.co.uk

Also, Please state your name clearly in the email, so the images go with the correct order.

 

2. How do I pay for my order?

All orders can be paid for Via

PAYPAL / BANK TRANSFER / CHEQUE / POSTAL ORDER / CARD PAYMENT OVER PHONE

In order to pay through Paypal you do not need a paypal account, you are able to use a credit/debit without opening an account. You can also pay by Cheque/Postal Order (postal orders uncrossed please) – Payable to     Mrs Christine James-Crisp

 

3. Dispatch Time

All items are posted within 2 working days. Dispatch on personalised items is within 2 working days of any approval we require from the customer as we send you a proof to make sure the item is approved by you.

 

4. Returns & Replacement

Only products which are faulty are replaceable. However, we require photographic proof of damage to the product in order for this to be replaced.

 

5. Parcels lost in transit via Royal Mail

We obtain a proof of posting for the unfortunate event that the Royal Mail don’t deliver your parcel. This can be used by the customer to then claim a full refund from the Royal Mail for the loss of parcel. The proof of posting is sent 2nd class recorded post. Claims can’t be made until 15 days have past.

 

6. What are the postage costs per order?

Postage – UK

2nd Class Royal Mail is £2.99

1st Class Royal Mail is £3.99

Special Next Day Delivery before 1pm is £8.99

Orders must be placed before 9am, and any confirmation on design must be confirmed by 11am
